We will endeavour to meet any given date for delivery however we cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control. If we are unable to make the expected delivery date, we shall inform you by email or phone as soon as possible. Once dispatched all orders are fully insured by ourselves until they have been delivered and signed for. As soon as your order has been delivered or confirmed as having been delivered then you will be responsible for them. Delivery may only be made Monday-Friday. Some couriers may deliver on Saturdays but entirely at their discretion. It’s not a service we offer as standard as it is very costly. Large items like shower enclosures, vanity units, toilets etc are either delivered with our in-house delivery network or Palletised Delivery network.
The drivers are NOT insured to take goods inside your property. The pallet will be delivered to the front of the property and we strongly recommend you have at least 2 able-bodied people to take the delivery and carry goods inside. Drivers will not take goods up any stairs if they drop goods at your doorstep (only in cases when delivered via own in-house delivery network).
