All items on our website are priced Inc. VAT, ensuring complete pricing transparency from the start. The price you see is the price you pay.
**The only exception to this is Remote areas. See below for a detailed exclusion list of postcodes where additional delivery charges apply.
Delivery
We will endeavour to meet any given date for delivery however we cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control. If we are unable to make the expected delivery date, we shall inform you by email or phone as soon as possible. Once dispatched all orders are fully insured by ourselves until they have been delivered and signed for. As soon as your order has been delivered or confirmed as having been delivered then you will be responsible for them. Any delivery issues must be raised within 7 days of the delivery and please be aware we cannot take any action after the timeframe has passed.
Delivery may only be made Monday-Friday. Some couriers may deliver on Saturdays but entirely at their discretion. It’s not a service we offer as standard as it is very costly. Large items like shower enclosures, vanity units, toilets etc are either delivered with our in-house delivery network or Palletised Delivery network.
The drivers are NOT insured to take goods inside your property. The pallet will be delivered to the front of the property and we strongly recommend you have at least 2 able-bodied people to take the delivery and carry goods inside. Drivers will not take goods up any stairs if they drop goods at your doorstep (only in cases when delivered via own in-house delivery network).
PayPal Payments
Customers wishing to pay via paypal must ensure their delivery address is correctly stored on paypal’s website as we can only ship to CONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESS after you have checked out. If you wish to have it delivered to an alternative address please call us to arrange payment via an alternative method eg credit/debit card, cheque, bank transfer etc.
A contact number is imperative so that our courier company can contact you to arrange delivery if need be. Does not apply to small items like taps, toilet seats, bathroom accessories (anything that can fit in a small parcel box).
