Delivery & Collection Policy

Standard delivery is typically completed within a timeframe of 3 to 5 working days. For larger consignments, palletized delivery is utilized, which is strictly limited to kerbside drop-off only; no service is provided for placement within a specific room or location. It is the sole responsibility of the receiving party to arrange and execute the unloading of the consignment, unless alternative arrangements have been formally agreed upon in writing. Please be advised that warehouse collection by customers is not permitted. We currently do not apply any separate delivery charges. Any instances of damaged or missing goods must be formally reported within 72 hours of the delivery date. Failure to report within this timeframe may preclude any claim. Furthermore, fees will be levied for any failed delivery attempts that result from customer refusal or a lack of accessible premises.
