Wholesale Terms and Agreements

Wholesale Account Policies

Access to wholesale accounts is strictly limited to registered businesses (e.g., builders, contractors, and retailers) and is not available to individual consumers. To activate an account, applicants must provide mandatory proof of business status, which may include a valid VAT number, official company registration documentation, or a verifiable business website. Following submission, all applications are subject to a manual review and approval process before the account is fully activated. It is important to note that all wholesale pricing communicated is exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). Furthermore, all orders are subject to a Minimum Order Value (MOV) of £500, calculated exclusive of VAT.

Payment Terms & Credit Policies

Payment for all orders must be made in full at the time of placement; under no circumstances are instant credit facilities or post-dispatch invoicing permitted. Full payment must be successfully cleared before any order can be released for dispatch. Accepted methods of payment are limited to credit or debit card. While credit facilities are not currently offered by the business, this is subject to review; future consideration for credit may be granted only after a proven six-month successful trading history and a satisfactory credit assessment has been completed. Customers should be aware that inventory is not reserved or allocated to an order until the required payment has been fully processed and confirmed.

Pricing & Product Policy

All prices communicated are exclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to unannounced change at any time due to unforeseen fluctuations in supplier costs or changes in logistical expenses. All pricing information must be kept strictly confidential by the account holder and must not be publicly disclosed. Specific details concerning volume-based discounts are available upon formal written request to the sales department.

Guarantee & Liability Policy

All products supplied are backed by the full manufacturer's guarantee. This guarantee is explicitly designed to cover manufacturing defects only and does not extend to damage resulting from incorrect installation, product misuse, or standard wear and tear over time.

Account Suspension & Misuse

An account may face immediate suspension should any breach of payment terms occur, or if misuse of confidential pricing information or any fraudulent activity is detected. Account termination may result from actions such as the abuse of promotional discount codes or the practice of reselling goods at a price below the established retail price point.

Intellectual Property & Branding

The use of product imagery and descriptions for the purpose of reselling requires prior explicit written permission. All marketing collateral, including all images and descriptive copy, remains the sole intellectual property of Bathroom4Less T/A Bathroom Bubbles Ltd. No alterations to our official brand names, original packaging, or corporate logos are permitted under any circumstance without formal consent.
